1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PG368 ("PG368", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the PG368 online casino, sports betting, and gaming services available atpg368.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces.

PG368 is operated under international gaming licensing. The platform is designed and marketed primarily for players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless context otherwise requires:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on PG368, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You areat least 21 years of age. PG368 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 will be permanently closed, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.
• You are accessing PG368 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ascertaining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of PG368 or any of its affiliated entities, software suppliers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from PG368 or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are opening the account for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for commercial, professional, or arbitrage purposes.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may openone (1) account only on PG368. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. This information must be consistent with the identity documents you may be required to submit during KYC verification.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential at all times.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying PG368 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that any third party who accesses your device does not have access to your PG368 account credentials.

PG368 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

PG368 supports MYR-denominated transactions via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• PG368 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges at their discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your PG368 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for eWallet and FPX transactions.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to maintain anti-moneylaundering compliance.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed verification may be unable to withdraw.
• PG368 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during normal business hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods, weekends, or Malaysian public holidays.
• PG368 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per day or week for security and operational purposes. Applicable limits will be communicated upon account registration or upon request.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus funds must be satisfied before Real Money Balance associated with those bonuses becomes withdrawable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PG368 offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with Malaysian public holidays and sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses carry awagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x wagering"). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a fixed period after crediting. Unused bonus funds or wagering progress will expire at the end of this validity window.
• Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, device, or shared network unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• PG368 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering commitments already accepted by the player are honoured.
• Players who are found to have exploited promotion mechanics — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic wagering on low-risk combinations to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until all wagering requirements have been met.

Full individual terms for each active promotion are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games on PG368 — including live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, video slots, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules.

• Wagers placed are final once confirmed. PG368 cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a wager after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during an active game session, PG368 will make reasonable efforts to settle the bet based on available server-side data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change without notice up until the event commences. In-play odds change in real time. A wager is only confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of the bet acceptance — not the current market odds at a later point.
• PG368 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per game, event, or market at its discretion, particularly for players exhibiting patterns consistent with advantage play.
• Any winings arising from a demonstrably eroneous odds or payout setting — whether caused by human error, software fault, or data provider error — may be voided by PG368. PG368 will endeavour to notify affected players and handle such cases fairly.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PG368 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

1. Opening or operating more than one registered account simultaneously or sequentially on PG368.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
3. Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent regional access restrictions.
4. Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to obscure the origin of funds deposited on or withdrawn from PG368.
5. Coluding with other players in live or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Depositing or attempting to deposit funds from stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments.
7. Charging back, disputing, or reversing a deposit after having wagered or withdrawn the equivalent funds.
8. Engaging in any conduct designed to disrupt, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
9. Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

9 Responsible Gambling

PG368 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. We believe gambling should remain a recreational activity and must never be pursued as a financial solution or coping mechanism.

The following player protection tools are available at no cost to all registered PG368 accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered with instant effect; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and block yourself from re-registering. PG368 will honour self-exclusion requests and take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from opening new accounts.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the PG368 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "PG368", logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software code, game titles, promotional materials, and all other proprietary content — is the intellectual property of PG368 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the underlying source code of any Platform software.
• Use any automated tool scrape, index, or harvest data from the Platform.

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property legislation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PG368 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform, its availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

PG368 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption to the Platform arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyber-attacks, force majeure events, or telecommunications failures beyond our reasonable control.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, software suppliers, or data providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay where the games have operated as intended.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, PG368's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

PG368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement instruction to do so.
• Reasonable operational, security, or risk management considerations.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable checks. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which PG368 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with PG368 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority under whose licence PG368 operates.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent PG368 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in respect of any breach or threatened breach of these Terms by a Player.

Malaysian players acknowledge that they access PG368 under their own initiative and at their own legal risk. PG368 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction beyond the territories in which it is expressly licensed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

PG368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — PG368 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered Players.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

The most recent version of these Terms & Conditions, including the effective date of the latest revision, will always be accessible on this page. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically.
